उपवास और प्रार्थना कि सामर्थ
मति 17:14-21,मरकुस 9:17-29,

उपवास और प्रार्थना परमेश्वर कि ओर से प्रबन्ध हैं  जिससे विश्वासी अपने जीवन के हर एक श्रेत्र मे विजयी होते है,
यीशु मसीह ने पवित्रआत्मा कि ओर से प्रेरणा पाकर एकान्त मे गया और वहा उसने 40 दिन उपवास और प्रार्थना किया,लूका 4:1,2,13,14,मति 4:1,2,
दानिययल ने 21 दिन कि उपवास और प्रार्थना के द्वारा अपने जीवन मे विजय पाया और फारस का प्रधान जो उसकी प्रार्थना को रोके हुए था उस पर सफलता पाया,दानिय्यल 9:1-5,20-23,10:13-14,
एज्रा  और ऐस्तर ने अपने जीवन मे सुरक्षा और सामर्थ पाया जब उन्होने उपवास और प्रार्थना किया,एज्रा 8:21-23,ऐस्तर 4:3,16-17,7:1-10,8:1-11,
जब हम उपवास और प्रार्थना का जीवन जीते हैं तो हम अपने जीवन को उच्चे आत्मिक जीवन मे जीते हैं  कोई प्रार्थना और उपवास मे अपना समय प्रभु के नजदिकी मे बिताते है वह हमेशा नया बल प्राप्त करते है यशायाह  40:28-31,जो कोई अपने आप को प्रार्थना और उपवास के दौरान नम्र करते हैं वे हमेशा सफलता पाते है भजनसहिंता 35:13,1पतरस 5:6,याकुब 4:10, इसलिए  आज हम उपवास और प्रार्थना के विषय को बड़े ध्यान से देखे

1.    असफतला के कारणो का खोज करना
मति 17:16,19, मरकुस 9:17-18,28,यकुब 4:2,3,5:16-18,2राजा 4:29-31,यहोशू 7:1-15,न्यायियो 6:13,
यीशु  मसीह के चेलो ने एक बडी आत्मिक पेरशानी सामना किया,उन्होने पुरी कोशीश किया लेकिन उनको कोई सफलता नही मिला,वे ना ही उस बच्चे को ठिक कर सके और ना ही वे उसमे से दुष्टात्मा को निकाल सके,
जब यीशु मसीह पहाड से पिता परमेश्वर आश्वासन और अभिषेक  के साथ उतर रहा थे ,उसकी आत्मिक सामर्थ और अधिकार ने उस लडके अन्दर से दुष्टात्मो को निकाला और उसे ठिक भी किया,चेलो ने भीड के सामने यीशु  मसीह से कुछ भी नही पुछा,लेकिन जब वे एकान्त मे थे तब उन्होने यीशु मसीह से पुछा कि हम उस में से दुष्टात्मा  क्यो नही निकाल सके,मति 17:19,मरकुस 9:28,
वह सवाल केवल ज्ञान को प्राप्त करने के लिए ही नही था,परन्तु वे जानना चाहते थे कि उनके आत्मिक श्रेत्र मे असफतला का क्या कारण था ,वे सही व्यक्ति के पास उस सवाल को लेकर गये,सही समय पर सही स्थान मे और सही उद्वेश्य के साथ,
क्या आपने कभी अपने जीवन मे आत्मिक हार या असफलता का कारण पुछा हैं क्यो आप अकसर आत्मिक क्षेत्र मे हार जाते हैं क्यो विजय दुर नजर आती है क्यो प्रभुता हमारे हाथो से फिसल जाती हैं,

2.    अत्मिक क्षेत्र मे हार के कारण
मति 17:20-21,मरकुस 9:29,11:22-25,1पतरस 5:8-9,यशयाह 58:1-12,एजzा 8:21-23,2इतिहास 7:13-15,योना 3:1-7,
यीशु  मसीह ने उन्हे सही उतर दिया,अपने विश्वास की कमी के कारण,मति 17:20,उनके अन्दर विश्वास  कमी थी,इसलिए उन्हे अच्छे परिणाम नही मिल पाया,हालाकि दुसरे तरफ यदि हम ध्यान से देखे तो वह एक खास विषय को सामना कर रहे थे जहा पर उन्होने अधिक अभिशे और सामर्थ कि आवश्यकता थी,यीशु मसीह ने उन्हे कहा कि यह जाति बिना प्रार्थना और उपवास के निकल नही निकल सकती है,मरकुस 9:29,
यीशु मसीह यहा पर बताना चाहते है कि आत्मिक उन्नति के लिए हमे -विशवास,प्रार्थना और उपवास कि आवश्यकता होती है, उसके साथ साथ हमे एक पवित्र जीवन कि भी आवश्यकता होती है यशयाह 58:1-4,मरकुस 11:25,


3. अपने विश्वास और स्रोतों का विकास करना
मति 17:20,मरकुस 9:23,11:22-24,इफिसियो 6:17,2कुरिन्थियो 10:3-5,2इतिहास 20:20-25,प्रकाशतवाक्य 12:10-11,इब्रानियो 11:33-35,
यीशु मसीह के उतर से हम पाते है यदि वे विश्वास को भी प्रर्दशन करे तो भी उन्हे अभिशेक कि जरूरत थी कुछ खास दुष्टात्मा को निकाल के लिए उन्हे अधिक अभिशेक कि आवश्यकता होती थी हमे केवल एक ही हत्थीयार लेकर युद्व नही लडना चाहिए,बल्कि हमारे पास बहुत से हत्थीयार होने चाहिए,
हमारे पास  विश्वास,परमेश्वर कि स्तुति,आत्मा कि तलवार परमेश्वर का वचन,पवित्रआत्मा का अभिषेक,यीशु मसीह का नाम,यीशु  मसीह के लहु कि घोषणा  के द्वारा हम शक्तिशाली दुष्ट कि सामर्थ को हरा सकते है

4. दृढ़ता के साथ उपवास का सहारा लेना,
मति 9:14,15,6:16-18,मरकुस 2:18-20,लूका 5:33-35,18:11-13,एज्रा 8:21-23,2इतिहास 7:13-15,प्रेरितो के काम 13:1-3,14:23,1शमूएल 7:4-12,यशयाह 40:28-31,
यह प्रमाण है कि यीशु  मसीह के चेले उस समय उपवास नही करते थे,सच्चाई यह कि दुसरो ने यीशु मसीह के पास आकर कहा कि युहन्ना बपतिस्मा देनेवाले के चेले और फरीसी उपवास करते है लेकिन यीशु  मसीह के चेले उपवास नही करते है,
यीशु मसीह ने उपवास को इनकार नही किया बल्कि यह कहा कि जब तक वह शरीरिक रूप से अपने चेलो के संग है तब तक उन्हे उपवास करने कि आवश्यकता नही है,मति 9:14-15,मरकुस 2:18-20,लूका 5:33-35,18:11-13,यीशु समीह ने उन्हे बताया जब उपवास करो नही की कहा यदि तुम उपवास करो,क्योकि वह चाहता था कि उसके चेले भी उपवास करे,मति 6:16-18,इसी प्रकार से जब कभी हमारे पास कोई परेशानिया आती है हमे प्रार्थना और उपवास के साथ उनका समाना करना चाहिए,हमे उपवास और प्रार्थना के लिए अपना समय अलग करना चाहिए,जब हम ऐसा करते है निश्चित ही हम हर एक परिस्थितियो मे विजयी रहेंगे,

5. उपवास और प्रार्थना के आत्मिक लाभ
उपवास सबसे प्रमुख उद्देश्य है कि उसके द्वारा हम आत्मिक उन्नति पाये,जैसे शारीरिक व्याम शरीरिक बल देता है, वैसे ही उपवास हमारे आत्मिक जीवन को बल देता है,उपवास के द्वौरान हम अपने आप को नम्र बनाते है,भजनसहिंता 35:13,जैसे दुष्ट राजा अहाब ने अपने पापो के क्षमा के लिए परमेश्वर के  सामने नम्र  बना और उसे क्षमा मिली 1राजा 21:23-29,हम देख सकते है उपवास और प्रार्थना के द्वारा बहुत से लाभ है
1.    उपवास सामर्थ और अभिशेक को बढता है,मति 17:14-21,मरकुस 9:14-29,
2.    उपवास परमेश्वर के प्रकाशन,योजना,मन और इच्छा को प्रदान करताह है दानिय्येल 9:3-7,10:1-21,
3.    उपवास छुटकारा और चंगाई को लाती है ,2इतिहास 7:13-15,1शमुलए 7:14-21,
4.    उपवास आत्मिक युद्वो मे सहायता और युद्वो मे विजयी दिलाती है 2इतिहास 20:3,21-27,
5.    उपवास सुरक्षा और बचाव लाती है,एज्रा 8:21-23,ऐस्तर  4:3,16,17,7:1-10,8:1-11,
6.    उपवास दैविय क्षमा और माफी प्रदान करते है योना 3:1-7,1राजा 21:23-29,2शमुएल 12:15,16,21-23,
7.    उपवास वर्तमान के हार मे जीत और विजय कि ओर बढती है,यहोशु 7:6-11,8:22-29,
8.    उपवास कलिसिया मे मजुबत अगुवो को चुनने और स्थापित करने मे मदद करती है,लूका 12:1-6,प्रेरितो के काम 13:1-3,14:23

Fasting and prayer are arrangements from God so that the believers are victorious in every area of ​​their lives,

 2. Reason of Defeat in Spiritual Areas

We should not fight with just one weapon, but we should have many weapons, our weapons is our faith, praising God, the sword of the soul, the word of God, the consecration of the Holy Spirit, the name of Jesus Christ, by proclaiming the blood of Jesus Christ, we can defeat the power of the mighty wicked.

1. Fasting increases power and consecration, Matthew 17: 14-21, Mark 9: 14-29,

3. Fasting brings relief and healing, 2 Chronicles 7: 13–15, 1, 7: 14–21,
4. Fasting helps in spiritual wars and gives victory in wars 2 Chronicles 20: 3,21-27,
5. Fasting brings safety and protection, Ezra 8: 21-23, Esther 4: 3,16,17,7: 1-10,8: 1-11,
